14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!

If you are not satisfied with the item received or if you wish to change the size or color, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return your product to us.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition (not worn for training, unwashed), suitable for re-marketing and according to the return conditions. Any damage to the product may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

You have two choices :
- product exchange (for the same product in a different size or color. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to offer you a similar item or a refund)
- refund

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. OZIO offers you the cost of re-shipment (the return of the package from our premises). In the case of a second exchange, the shipping costs will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

As part of a refund, OZIO will refund the Customer for any sums already paid. Refunds for products will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt by OZIO of said products. They will be carried out according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order. Details:

  • any payment made by gift card will be refunded through a credit note;
  • any order placed during sales or Ozio Days will be refund by means of a credit note;
  • if the order was paid by PayPal, the refund will be reduced by PayPal's commission fees according to the rate charged at the time of purchase.

Any package that does not have a printed (or handwritten) return form will not be processed.
