Le italian fabric of the GRAN FONDO shorts is produced with elastomers. A textile whose elastic properties are surprising. It can be pulled or relaxed, it will return to its starting state, without deformation.
For comfort and performance, the heart of the GRAN FONDO is also equipped with the chamois leather Combi men from Elastic Interface. Perfect for protect sensitive areas great pressure points. Long-distance enthusiasts will appreciate it.
GRAN FONDO is a bib shorts which, in addition to the quality of the fabric, has been designed for the needs of enduring cyclists:
- High resistance to abrasion, UV (UPF50 +) and humidity. Its fabric with carbon threads in the middle of the straps provides better moisture evacuation;

When I was a cycling coach, my teammates asked for professional-quality bib shorts. What counts for them: comfort. Their 3 criteria are lightness, stitching quality and breathability. Very satisfied with these shorts in blue (see my comment of October 20 on this subject, in which I even report a “crash test”), I bought the same in white in combination with a white/blue Thor jersey – m inspiring, I admit, photographs of the site.
The few outings I have been able to make since the purchase when the weather was still right (the season for tights and long sleeves is starting to arrive...) have confirmed the qualities of comfort, very good cut (S for 1,71, 64kg) and finishing these shorts. As for the appearance, in white with the Thor jersey, it's a real marvel… recommended for those who like to combine comfort and aesthetics in their cycling outfit.

I felt very comfortable from the fitting, feeling of comfort confirmed on the road.
The qualities of these shorts having been cited by other buyers, I will not add comments on this subject, but I would allow myself to mention a point that I do not necessarily advise you to test: the resistance of the fabric to abrasion
Indeed, during my last outing, an unfortunate incident confirmed the quality of the product to me: a fall at good speed (want to avoid a little girl not very well supervised by her parents) caused me to land on the tarmac on my left side, giving me some nice abrasions and bruises and a slightly sprained wrist. However, the crash resulted in intact shorts, even though my left buttocks experienced a rather rough encounter with rather abrasive tarmac.
Conclusion: a beautiful and good product.
My purchase project will surely be the same in white.

Having tried ALL the OZIO products which are excellent, some of which this one is among my favorites.
I am 1.74m tall for 73kg and I chose size “M” both for mountain biking and for the road.
It is not very tight but does not move once in place and does not wrinkle either.
Already washed 5 times for 1 month, it is like new (550km with the latter), this confirms the quality of the product.

Very comfortable. I use it for my part in Gravel. No problem in the crotch and strongly over a long distance of more than 4 hours and 90 Kim's of pure Gravel. Taken in size M for 1.76m, 70 kg. On trial in front of the mirror, seemed to fit in size. Unfortunately on the bike I realized that it was too small. I am solely responsible for it but the “only” 3 stars do not come from there. Indeed, I was still able to realize that the comfort is not optimal with this skin. The 7 hours of cycling boasted for this product seem very long to me to ensure that comfort will be there…. Otherwise, excellent support of the silicone bands on the thighs and beautiful material of the fabric. I'm going to have to part with it for resale on a second-hand site well known to cyclists, but I won't be taking it back in size L.

Thank you for your feedback on our shorts. Size M is the size you need. I don't know your pelvis circumference (important measurement for choosing a short size), but the measurements you give here correspond to M. You are talking about comfort. It looks like you've only been on one outing in these shorts. Comfort can sometimes be instantaneous, from the first outing, and sometimes you have to do 3-4 outings before finding this comfort. Your buttocks have their habits with your old shorts. You have to give it some time to get used to new skin again. So my advice is to still insist on 3-4 outings (progressive, not 7 hours from the first outing) before making a final judgment. As you can see in the opinions left, many cyclists validate this skin. So why not you !? You will keep me posted 😉
