You are not required to create an account to place an order. However, if you wish to do so, you can do so when you validate your order. A "create an account" box appears in the "billing details" section.
If you want to return your package to us, you will find all the information on the page Exchanges & Returns.
Small tip: for an exchange, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail so that we put the requested product aside while waiting to receive your package.
On each product page, under the short description, you will find the product size guide. Do not hesitate to refer to it because each brand and each pattern is different. If you still hesitate, contact us by e-mail or by phone and Christian will guide you 🙂 Remember to mention all your measurements (bust circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference).
In the event of a size error, you have 14 days to return the product to us. The return costs are your responsibility.

To use a promo code:
A confirmation message is displayed and you can see the promo code amount displayed at the total amount level. If not, feel free to contact us ! Please note, discount codes do not work on items already on sale.
To use a gift card, go to the “basket” page then enter the card number received in the “Discount coupon / gift card” insert, then click on “OK”. If there is money left on your gift card, a confirmation message will be displayed and you will see the amount of your gift card displayed at the level of the total amount of the basket. If this is not the case, your gift card has not been taken into account. In this case, please contact us so that we solve the problem 😉
To use a gift card and a discount coupon, go to the “basket” page then enter your discount coupon in the “Discount coupon / gift card” box, click on “OK” then repeat the operation with the card number gift.
When you insert a promo code, the easiest way is to copy and paste it to avoid data entry errors such as confusion between 0 (zero) and O (the letter o) or l (the letter l in lowercase) or I (the letter l in lower case). uppercase letter i). If the dysfunction remains, contact us. before ordering so that we can find a solution together 😉
Ozio makes every effort to create and offer you quality articles. Each type of product is tested by several people and over a long period. Each order is prepared by hand and sent by us.
